Plasmo enjoys a reputation, earned over many years, of being a trusted and experienced blow moulder of consistently high quality products.  We blow mould packaging products for a range of industries including medical, pharmaceutical, agricultural and industrial applications.

Our new state of the art computer-controlled machines can make plastic containers with volumes ranging from 5 millilitres to 30 litres.  We design and make all our product moulds in our in-house tool room with our team of experienced designers and toolmakers.

Plasmo is not afraid to tackle “hard” projects that other companies usually avoid including blowing unusual shapes and using different polymers, including HDPE, HMHDPE, LDPE, EVA, PP, PVC, PU and Santoprene. We are happy to blow mould short runs as well as long runs and to produce items in customised colours.
